Way to IBC

How to reach IBC

Travelling by city train (S-Bahn) and metro train (U-Bahn) is an easy and relaxed way to get to IBC. The Public transport network reaches virtually every corner of the city. It's very likely that there's a stop just a stone's throw away from where you're staying.

City train routes

The central railway stations called 'Hauptbahnhof' (Arnuf-Klett Passage) and 'Stadtmitte' are the major Stuttgart junctions. From here, you can reach most destinations in and around the city.

Local Trains :
The local train is called S-Bahn, which runs almost every 10 minutes from the HBF to the nearest station to the IBC, which is called 'Vaihingen'. You can take the trains with the numbers S-1, S-2 and S-3 to the directions Herrenberg, Flughafen (Airport) and Filderstadt. With the BUS No. 80, which travels very frequently, it takes 3 minutes from the Vaihingen station to the stop 'Dekra', which is located close to the IBC. Please get down at the bus stop called Dekra. You can take the route given in the picture on the left hand side.

To reach IBC by car

Baden Württemberg has a closely-woven and well developed Autobahn (highway) network where almost all major routes lead to Stuttgart. Just follow the marked routes to reach Stuttgart from its neighboring cities. We have given the route description to reach IBC from Stuttgart Airport and Main station by car. Please refer to the attached route map for more details.

Way to IBC from Main Station (Hauptbahnhof)

- Start at Hauptbahnhof (main station), Schillerstrasse.
- Take left at B 27.
- Take right at L 1192 / Südheimer Platz.
- After about 3 km take left turn to L1192/ Böblinger Strasse.
- After about 1,5 km take left to L1205/Möhringer Landstrasse/Schillerpassage.
- Take right at Filderhofstrasse at about 380m.
- After about 60 m turn left at Ruppmannsstrasse.
- Take left at Industriestrasse at about 470m.
- Take right to Am Wallgraben at about 420m.
- After about 260 m turn left to Schulze-Delitzsch-Strasse.
- IBC is on the left side of the street.

About way to IBC from airport

- Start at Flughafenrandstr.
- Take B 27 in the direction Leinfelden-Echterdingen-Nord.
- Keep right side at Nord-Süd-Strasse in the direction Stuttgart-Degerloch (52b).
- Turn at Stuttgart Möhringen (52a).
- Turn right at Nord-Süd-strasse.
- Take left at Industriestrasse at about 180 m.
- Take left to Handwerkstrasse at about 1.8 km.
- At about 130 m turn right for Schulze-Delitzsch-Strasse.
- IBC is on the left side of the street.
